Description
Compact all-in-one weather sensor for measuring temperature, relative humidity, air pressure and radiation.
Additional description:
The WS301 is part of the WS product family of professional intelligent sensors with a digital interface for environmental applications. Relative humidity is measured using a capacitive sensor element, and air temperature is measured using a precise NTC measuring element. It uses the technology of Kipp+Zonen's internationally recognized CMP3 pyranometer. Measurement data output supports the following protocols: UMB Binary, UMB ASCII, SDI-12, and MODBUS. An external temperature and precipitation sensor can be connected.
Special features:
- Compact all-in-one weather sensor that combines multiple measurement parameters in one housing with only one cable connection
- Built-in data preprocessing, universal interfaces and freely selectable output protocols
- Compatible with many commercially available Meteo/HydroMeteo data loggers and DCS systems thanks to its open communication protocol
- Maintenance-free operation - no moving parts that can wear out
- Suitable for all climate zones; also for solar-powered automatic weather stations
- WMO-compliant, ventilated temperature and humidity sensors
