The windsock is used to estimate wind strength and direction. Technical features:
Material Polyester ± 198 gr / m², PU coated, UV protected and water repellent, with double seams, complete with reinforced front hem and supplied with snap fasteners or cable ties.
To improve the measuring properties, the windsock cover is equipped with an end ring.
Optionally, each windsock cover is available with a reflective band at the transitions between red and white.
The main parts are:
Windsock cover made of nylon according to FAA / ICAO,
pressure-bearing stainless steel cage for securing the shell,
Frame made of galvanized steel tube for ground or mast mounting and
