By using aluminum slats tilted at 45°, the irradiation of the sensor during sunrise andsunset is reduced.
The artificial ventilation of the radiation shelter is provided by a brushless DC fan inside a white-coated aluminum tube with a diameter of 60 mm. The air velocity in the tube is approximately 1.5 m/s. This ensures precise measurements even in absolutely calm conditions.
The ventilation provided serves only for mixing and does not meet the requirements of psychrometrics.
