The RVM 96C handheld anemometer measures wind speed, wind direction, air temperature, humidity, and air pressure. The RVM 96C is a portable, easy-to-use device. Wind speed is measured using an electronic measuring system in which the rotational movement of the cup is converted into an electrical signal by an optoelectronic transducer. The wind speed and all other meteorological parameters are displayed on an LCD.
The RVM 96B handheld anemometer is designed for measuring wind speed and direction. The RVM 96B is a portable, easy-to-use device. The LCD display allows the following modes:
· Instant data,
average data for the selected interval,
· Minimums for the selected gap and
· Maximums for the selected gap.
The data acquired by the RM96 C can be saved and transferred to a PC. A mechanical system consisting of a wind vane and a circular scale allows for wind direction measurement. The built-in electronic compass ensures the accuracy of the wind data regardless of the RVM 96C's orientation relative to north. The device can be mounted using a photo tripod (accessory).
