Measuring elements operate independently of each other, ensuring each parameter is measured with the utmost accuracy. With one rotation, the three measured variables are reliably recorded on a chart paper over a period of seven days. This guarantees comprehensive and precise information about the air's temperature, humidity, and pressure.
The Meteograph has:
- precision mechanical measuring mechanism
- clear presentation of the results of the 3 simultaneously measured quantities
- Pressure gauge with overload protection for transport up to 2700 m altitude
- white housing paint to protect against radiation
2. Recording equipment hut
Hygrometer hut for protecting meteorological measuring instruments against radiation and precipitation according to DIN 58 656, with a lockable single-leaf door and frame. Wood, primed inside and out, painted white, and varnished. The hygrometer hut accommodates a thermohygrograph and extreme thermometers or polymeters.
