Collection: thermograph

A thermograph (from ancient Greek: θερμός thermós "warm, hot" and γράφειν gráphein "to write") is a measuring instrument for detecting and recording temperatures over a continuous period of time. It is a recording thermometer that uses its specific input measurement method to control a recording arm. This arm, in turn, has a writing tip at its tip with which it transfers the temperature curve to a rotating paper drum, thus graphically displaying it. The recording time is determined by the rotation speed of the paper drum.
