The weather shelter acc. to Stevenson is used to protect meteorological instruments against radiation and precipitation according to DIN 58 656; with lockable 2-leaf door and a frame. Wood primed inside and outside, painted white and varnished; Brass fittings and stand rod. Frame can be dismantled into 2 side parts after unscrewing the diagonal struts. Built according to regulations of the German Weather Service.
